The practice represents clients in Richmond, Va., and most of the state on a wide range of business matters, commercial disputes and real estate transactions, and assists them in finding cost-effective, timely solutions to legal issues.
Mr. McCall earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, with a minor in chemistry, from the University of Arkansas. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas and completed his last semester of law school and 24 postgraduate credit hours in the LL.M. program specializing in Government Procurement Law (contracts) at George Washington University while working for U.S. Sen. John L. McClellan, in Washington, D.C.
Mr. McCall is a member of the bar in Virginia and has served as an administrative hearing officer for the Commonwealth of Virginia. He also has appeared twice by special permission in Florida state courts. He has experience in major felony, misdemeanor and defense litigation in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and the federal court system in the District of Columbia and Northern Virginia.
